Blockchain.info is known to have some visual bugs so this might also be one of the visual bug. You can try to sweep your wallet (private key of 1573vMtM5nM6p9ce13hxQHfsuh31qEfit9) into electrum so that you can move it wherever you want.

Try to make sure that you are not exposing your private key to any site...
I have seen similar cases regarding on this matter but luckily those users did able to get their private keys. Don't expect for Blockchain support to answer you back.You are lucky if they will but I believe they wont really answer you at all. As being suggested above if you do have they keys then you can really import it. Links been given above, no need to repeat.
