You are mining in a multi-algo pool... seems like the current mining algo is not equihash but bminer is not failing out with the -max-network-failures=0 set. You need to use this setting for multi-algo scripts.
Test mining directly on the equihash pool for MPH at by setting your worker to mine EQUIHASH only to test connection. If it works, the issue is BMINER not obeying the -max-network-failures command.
. However, if you want bminer to exit when it encounters network failures, you will need to disable the watchdog.
