                I Want to join Twitter campaign but when I try to fill the form it says "you have already responded ,Try contacting the owner of the form if you think this is a mistake." And this is because I mistakenly filled the form when my rank was member but now my rank is upgraded and I am full member.
  So pls allow me to join twitter campaign,
