Using TOTP as the method to secure wallets and prevent abuse/double spending is legit.

Having a static 0.9% transaction fee to nodes is stupidity at it's finest (if the value goes way up, no one will want to move funds anywhere).

Making your primary goal "to become the first currency to have a value of $300,000 USD in less than 2 years." makes it sound like you are a bunch of desperate broke people with no idea wtf you are doing.
