I withdraw my NEM coins 2 days ago from Cryptopia to my NEM nano wallet, status  says complete still not showed up .
 raised a ticket with support still waiting, ticket (#148956 - General - nem withdrawal)

the only thing I might of done wrong is I just copied and pasted my NEM wallet address as it is displayed above with dashes, and even with the colon at the end of the address.

is there anything I can do? if I didn't remove the dashes surely the transaction bounce back or gets dropped from the system.

any guys from Cryptopia that can help
