I'm willing to provide reasonable requests to personal information if actually interested in filling the loan.(More personal information, bank statements, etc). I don't possess a scanner for high-resolution scanning, but I do have a camera which can take legible photos of the text and other verifying information.
Personal information won't get you the loan. You will need to provide collateral.
