Nobody really knows when it will be listed on the exchanges or what exchange, it could possibly be listed on Binance. Just make sure you have some BTC or ETH available on the exchange of your choice, it's luck of the draw really.

I dont think worth buying it as soon as it reaches the exchange. Better wait for the crash and buy the dip 3-4 days later.

There's always a risk with that, if you're ok with missing out then you can wait for a dip then you're not too disappointed if it runs away from you.  I would like to pick some up on exchanges when its available but I won't be counting on any significant dip.  I guess it depends on what the market is doing at the time though.
