Hi Carnth. I think many issuers needlessly over-complicate their motions or news releases. Many(most?) give these only a passing glance and a wall of text will tend to get ignored. My split motion was worded very simply:


This way you get your point across and leave an information trail for those that want to spend the time investigating. Just my take.
