I personally missed this opportunity because of bitcoin network. its been almost three days now my transaction isn't getting confirmed yet! i had sent transaction on 16 jan (7 am) but it's still not confirming!
I think you should accelerate that transaction mate for you to be able to invest in Altcoins if you want. Try to use free transaction accelaration on services there were a lot of them there. In my case it is really hard for me to invest in huge volume because I don't have enough funds but still manage to invest in small amount. I am lucky because I won .3 ETH in an Altcoin bounty raffle so I grab the opportunity and go with the flow of timing since prices of Alts are down. I bought Litecoin at it's low price of $180 and I am happy with it. I have three coin holdings such as Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin though I only hqve small amounts but still worth it to keep for long term investment.
