I think there is no ethereum to pesos exchanger available here in our country. you can buy with abra but you cant transfer or send ethereum using their exchanger at the moment. what you can do is convert your ethereum to bitcoin using trading platforms then send it to your coins.ph wallet for you to be able to covert it to pesos or find a buyer here but dont forget to use an escrow.
