Unless you have backed-up your secret/recovery codes of your 2fa (^{assuming you're also using google auth}), The only way to gain an access to your account again is to submit a number of stated documents they ask. Now if you don't do that, consider your coins donated. You should start as soon as possible since it'll be on first come, first serve basis.
