Yes you will only be able to store FORCE as that is what it is designed for.

When we make transactions,will we have to pay gas,or it will be included in the transaction fee?

We'll provide complete details before 20th Feb. Summarizing it here for you:

an ethereum address will be provided where you'll transfer your contribution. Please set the gas price to 300000 and dont worry about over paying because it'll return unused gas.
