I think the difference would be the Risk Factor. They are not in the same level. Trading in particular is very risky than investing. Investing gives you more security.

I think they are the same in that way since if trading and investing has different risk let's say that Trading is more risky than investing, then I think there will be a lot of people doing trading than investing but I don't think they are like that since there are still a lot of people doing the same thing investing and trading. I think the common difference of the two is how you move your money.
