When using these services, you can't do anything about the fees they use to send you payment. I've been there myself, and the only thing you can try to do is gather members of that site and together advocate for:

1. The site/service to upgrade their wallets to SegWit. This will help them immensely with fees, especially when they know they have regular payouts, and especially when they tend to be very small withdrawals.
2. Proper use of fees by referencing estimators like above. They don't need to get these confirmed quickly, but even a 101 sats/byte fee now can get you confirmed within 6 hours.
3. consideration of higher withdrawl limits or fees charged on withdrawal to go towards mining fee.
