Does zcoin have that founders reward thing that zcash has does it have premine or anything like that? What makes this better then zclassic?

lolI think They should decrease founders' rewards (50% from 20% rewards recently I mean that it's about 10% founders' rewards ) because the price is quite high and this fact will lead to the selling out from founders so it maybe make the price down in the future.
