Does the 25% allocation to the team means 25% fee for every successful investment. What would likely to happen to those which are unsuccessful?

Mm.. ok, it is a positive scenario. I do not agree with the statement about >0. How can you know this if the invested project is scam? If you invest $1000, then you have a profit of -$1000. So??
