So, does it means that if I dont find a block, I dont get any payout for the blocks that I didn't find but I helped to mine? That's utterly BS.

Ckpool owner is getting rich..
Clearly you don't understand how this works. So don't call anything BS.
http://solo.ckpool.org/- everybody mine on their own, CK is only providing you a service of frontend and protocol, so your miner can mine on it, and you don't need to host whole Bitcoin blockchain database yourself (several hundred GB of storage and fast machine to host it). CK takes small fee for that. On your own, this single USB stick miner (or even 10 of them), it will take many, many years to mine whole block for yourself (12.5 BTC). It may never happen in your life time. People mine there for fun with unprofitable hardware for example, with hope that one day they will be 12.5 BTC richer.
http://ckpool.org/- similar to solo pool, but instead of mining on their own, everybody mine together on CK server. Everybody takes fair share of their reward. That's how people do mining nowadays.
You are clearly mining on solo pool, so you taking a gamble, that one day your little USB stick will make you rich.
If you intended to mine on pooled mining server instead of solo, switch to
http://ckpool.org/.
What's the chance of solving a block or finding a block with 1 S9 miner? What's the odd? Have anyone going Naomi for 2 weeks with one s9 and found a block before?
