I'd like to participate in some ICOs, but they require a wallets that must be compatible with tokens ( erc20 wallets ) .
please can someone tell me what's the best online wallet ( I say online cuz I don't want to download it for personal issues )

Yes and if you add MetaMask it is very friendly.
Just be sure you save private key and passphrases...no one can help you if you loose them.
