After 2 weeks they just responded to me today saying my transactions will go through eventually. Dumbasses didn`t even read my entire post as my problem wasn`t that my transactions didn`t get confirmed.

I CAN`T SEND ANY COINS FROM MY WALLET AT ALL! IT DOESN`T EVEN INITIATE THE TRANSACTION AND PUT THAT IN PENDING STATUS. My coins are stuck in my wallet and I can`t send anything

So now I`ll probably have to wait another 2 weeks to get another useless response from them
