tbh you're right in some ways but i like to just do things and go for it
rather than having contests that go on for too long
I have seen many great designs 'happen' in hours online, when it has the right eyeballs and talent and a few people apply themselves. doesn't need to take days, flash of genius and some skills
sure some rough edges when magnified but the essential design was a little spark of magic imo
as explained its not up to me the final say, everyone decides that and what they prefer to use
all i wanted was something cool as put the site up today as had a free day
weekend is no good dragging on as I am an old fogie and i work and take my kids out on weekend, unlike lots of the younsters here who are online 24/7 and don't seem to sleep

the other half hearted request in main thread died a death as wasn't an official design thread

anyway, I wanted to reward pr9me for his skills and hard work
it is not over yet, until developer agrees but temp put on site

thanks for your efforts though you are a very good designer and your first design from main thread may do it. you never know
as your first suggestion was excellent
