It seems like you still need someone willing to do this for you, I'd be willing to pay 1:1 Preev for whatever amount hits my address. No additional 2%, just simply 1:1 Preev for the amount that arrives in my wallet, this means you cover the fees. I do not care which fee amount you choose, I am in no rush and I do not mind waiting as long as it is within a reasonable time-frame.

Not sure whether or not I fit within your criteria of trusted or not, I haven't done too terribly many transactions around here, but I don't mind using an escrow and I'm not here to play any sort of games. I'm only interested in doing this because if you are willing to accept my terms this would save me from paying fees from an exchange of some kind. I am not willing to go first, because (among other reasons) :  
definitely sounds like the amount is unsure so I would hate to overpay. I'm open for negotiation, but I have verified exchange accounts and I'm not looking to do any favors so the terms will have to be reflective of that.
