2. Make sure you are running version 3.0.1
3. close the core, go to %appdata% --> HOdlcoin --> create a file named hodlcoin.conf --> click copy nodes in https://www.coinexchange.io/network/peers/HODL --> paste it to the hodlcoin.conf file, and save the file --> run the core, and it should sync again
