I cannot access ico komodoplatform to get my Swapped KMD.
I was away for a week.
How can I get them?
If you deposited btcd within the specified timeframe and did not request the payout - please write us a support ticket at support.komodoplatform.com. Please send me the following information:
1) email address of ICO account:
2) BTCD deposit address:
3) TX IDs of the not credited/swapped/paid out funds:
4) KMD payout address:
5) time of payout request or deposit:

Thank you I will get in touch as soon as I solve the problem with Agama wallet. I have fully synced it last week. Since then, I get 0 connections and it only displays Loading data please wait . . .
It is still there for hours.
I have restarted the wallet several times.
I am using the full blockchain download one

Are you on this version of Agama, (AgamaApp-0.2.0.26d) it is the latest, you can get it here: https://artifacts.supernet.org/latest/
If you are on this version then sorry I can't help but I am sure somebody will.

You really don't need to use Native mode if you just want to see your KMD in your wallet, you can do that through spv, lite mode, much quicker because you don't need to down load the blockchain.

Hope everything works out all the best.

I am on that version but c not d.
It got sync after some hours of waiting.

If I have my KMD in full version could I See them in lite too after I restart the wallet or there is a another address there?

From my experience, if you start the wallet in Native mode and make transactions, you'll probably get multiple receive addresses; in this case you would want to back up your wallet and/or get the keys for each address (cli from options). If you subsequently start up Agama in Lite mode, your passphrase is only associated with the original address so you would only see that amount. You could import the other receive addresses using the keys you got previously. Hope that makes sense. If you only intend to make send/receive transactions or claim interest, I would stick with Lite.
