the people of envion already know about the problem ?? is it known there? the whole campaign was not counted post say the people !

Read last 4-5 pages. Those pages are full of people's complaints on the signature bounty post counting. I think the core team of Envion is not aware of this yet. If the manager doesn't correct the mistakes, Envion team will know about this anyway.
I really think we should leave the bounty managers to complete their work first and then ask any questions or concerns. Otherwise we are spoiling their work. Even my twitter, and facebook stakes were not updated. But I would definitely wait for their work completion first.

He said the post numbers on the list are final. What does this mean? This means he says he won't correct the post counting mistakes.

That manager guy can't even count the posts accurately (or he does this on purpose). Do you really expect him to correct the mistake?
