While it would be quite optimal for them to read about all of the coup 'de etat attempts and understand what was/is going on, that would be pushing it. The reason for which I made that rule is:
a) Helps  increase Segwit adoption.
b) Helps with network congestion.
c) This campaign does not need mindless, highly ignorant, people. If you have not heard the basics behind Segwit yet, you're doing something wrong.
