Also having problems with online wallet,all my ico coins are in my wallet but i can`t send them on Cryptopia.
My balance won`t update for several weeks.
I send also 2800 coins from cryptopia to my online wallet nothing happened transcation is completed on Cryptopia but coins are not in my online wallet.Also on the blockchain exploer i can see coins just standing there.
I really hope for the fix but i am losing hope it`s been weeks and weeks....If they doesn`t fix this till Spring i am pretty sure that they will never fix it.
This is a lesson to us all to remember do a small test transfer first then if all is well send the rest, it's no guarantee that it will all work but it might give some piece of mind.
You won't get any help from Cryptopia just now as they don't work weekends, so any support will have to wait until Monday morning.
