I don't think so.

1 - dev(s) said the PoW is CPU-only, which is NOT (devs could choose yescript if they wish)
2 - is a fork of monero without Copyright Notice (See the wallet: all the Copyright is from Una Team, lol)
3 - Pre-mine. I don't think premine(1-5%) is a bad thing itself with a proper roadmap, but the devs should be very transparent about it.

For me is a waste of Watts.
