I want to order a rig this week but It will be my first real mining experience and I still had some questions
Summary:
Mine ethereum with ~180Mh/s
RIG with or 6 x RX580 or 6 x GTX 1060 6GB (same MH/s almost )
1) Wich of these configuration will be the best price/conso/noise ? Noise is important because the rig will be in the room next where I sleep and there is a really thin wall
2) I have calculated the ROI that is around 5-6 month with te current price. I guess that it will increase back but does these ROI websites include the difficulty of calculation that is skyrocketing ?
3) Do you think It is a good moment to start to mine and invest in e a 3500$ machine ? Even if I think that the switch from POW to POS will not happened before end 2018 beginning 2019
