Some interesting ICO's that i've found include SKRAPS and LYMPO but not sure if they're promising and they aren't hyped.
Some super hyped ICO's that have already been completed were ETHORSE and Singularity Net.
I would say bee token and ink protocol.
Bee token is building a airbnb like Ecosystem on Blockchain, all MIT team and very low hard cap of $15 million
Ink protocol is also a good project with good advisors including quantum stamp etc with only $15 million cap
