The decline may be temporary and may recover to some extent. But if countries start banning the cypto currencies it also means that millions people from that country who use to trade are now away from this market. So demand will fall drastically. So we will have more supply than demand which means the price may not rise at a quick pace unless some major countries make it legal in their country and citizens of those countries come in the market to trade or invest.
