Please everyone be careful with this ICO. While they have advised they are honoring refunds, this was not the case for me. I requested a refund on 13 January and sent through three emails to two different e-mail accounts (merry.meng@tradove.net, bbcoin@tradovemail.com). Unfortunately, 'Merry' has picked up an email dated 19 January, not read the email or the attachments of the previous correspondence, and has replied with "Thank you for your email. We've stopped refund from Jan.15. Sorry for the inconvenience.".

I am clarifying the situation but please be cautious 'investing' as the team employed by the ICO are either inundated / underresourced / poorly structured.

What a shame.
