I haven't looked at the source much, so some work will be needed to find the real specs of the blockchain (total coins and emission in particular).
Some donations would probably be needed to get it listed on exchanges as well. It is still on coinsmarkets though, but what happens there is anyones guess, and the real price is way below 1 sat, so it would have to be added to doge markets etc.

I can't prioritize work with this as it is now, but maybe some c++ guy would find it fun to dig out some details?
