TNG tokens do not have the attributes and properties of securities, for example, they do not establish ownership of an asset, they do not accrue dividends. They serve only the purpose of paying for services within the platform (which does not prevent them from trading on the stock exchange). The token, in this case should rather be compared with a currency, for example, the rubble or US dollar, which are used for settlements and are also quoted on the exchange.
