I assume that the problem is coinexchange.io. Judging by their social networks (Twitter and Facebook) coinexchange.io often have problems with withdrawal.
I did a test transaction (42 MAC) before a hung transaction (3503 MAC).
Test transaction immediately appeared in the blockchain.
Transaction on 3503 MAC displayed on criptopia, but has not appeared in the block chain.
How cryptopia saw a transaction that is not in the blockchain?
