The whole crypto market is being manupulated at all times. Not only small coins on Cryptopia, all of it. Just take it as it is or don't enter the muddy waters if you're not ok with it
But of course the small coins are much more easily manipulated as the trading volume is very low, so anybody with 10 BTC can move the price as they want.
