It is too early to be calling out the best ICO in January, we have 12 months to go, for me there are alot of good project coming up this year and what will separate them will be the hard cap they are asking for, Telegram ICO is coming and this could be very big and likely to be the number one or two on the coinmarketcap and put an end to so many ideas
