After reading the whitepaper and ANN, this seems like an interesting idea.  With the amount of publicity recently in regards to food (Looking at you supermarkets serving 'Beef' products that contained 30%+ horse meat) this could do well if it is marketed and handled right - I'll certainly be keeping an eye on this, taking part in the bounty projects and looking out for you in the news!
