C'mon Nitrogen, why do you ban my country IP - Vietnam? I still have fund in my account and now I need to use Tor to access my account. If you worry about bots and DDOS, you can just set up Captcha.
They do ban countries that have been banning bitcoins use I sposse.
Maybe they got your country's ip address confused with Indonesia which is banned from using their site.
Their bank's and government has banned bitcoin and all the uses they have connected with it.
It was all over the news at the beginning of this week. Including here on the forums in the press thread.
