They are from a group buy from forum user Steamboat in batch #1, other than that, I have no idea
I believe one of Kens stops out west was to meet with the engineering firm that is making the Avalons. I believe this was him checking the speeds and stability which would mean they are in production to some extent. This is purely speculation. We will have that full report soon. Possibly even tonight!
