I'm going to break your first rule because the coin is so under valued. I would put 1/3rd into NEO. It is a better version of ETH, projects are leaving ETH to build on NEO. Neo wants regulation in place and is working hand in hand with the Chinese government. China will be the the first country to full embrace crypto as a party of everyday life (Wabi has started already). Neo is $150 USD ETH 1150, both have 100 mill coins, NEO is faster and free transactions. Could overtake ETH in 2019. (crazy talk but I think it has a good chance)

$2000 into TRX, would buy you 2500 tokens, I think it will reach at least $1USD, which would be $25,0000 USD

$1000 into DRGN, made by Disney, platform coins can build on, many other good points

$500 in RPX and DBC, two of the first coins to be built on NEO, .35 cents and .19 right now were much higher before the crash.
