In my opinion masters degree is really important for anyone to be good in certain field because it is an era of specialization and everyone needs best.
I don't think so. Many successful people became rich without taking a masters degree, some don't even studied college. I think being persistent and competitive might be able to achieve your goals. But still, masters degree is important if you want to have a higher pay and a stable job, and it also depends on people's pride if they want to reach and achieve higher.If not then why master degree is not necessary
