I very much support your project，I think your project is contributing to society and serving the people. Too many poor people in the world are suffering from the pain of poverty and your project is their hope.

In their whitepapper was described an algorith of some charity programms, so they said that they'll organise special free consultation in poor countryes, so in those countries some people can by food and not ot pay doctor or pay for the road to doctor (cause not everywhere doctor is just a couple houses ahead)
