It seems that China intends to further crack down on the cryptocurrency market, while binance and OKEX are both Chinese exchanges, and the founders are all Chinese. I am very concerned about whether the exchange will be closed. 
Ive heard binance were transfered to hongkong so dont worry mate,binance is safe to use as of now.
