We have disabled the need for coin control with the setstakesplitthreshold command in the wallet. Any stakes that are higher than 25,000,000 will be split into multiple inputs, but anything below this will remain as a single input. This can be changed with console command setstakesplitthreshold, which accepts an integer value from between 0 and 25,000,000."
Is the default value set to 25,000,000? This seems implied, but I don't like to make assumptions.

Currently, I'm unaware if there is a default value or not and haven't tested it with my own wallet, but it's easy enough to type setstakesplitthreshold 25000000 into the debug window console!
That way, your stake reward would have to be over 25,000,000 before it gets split into two smaller inputs - not something that's likely to happen!
