I think this part of the prospectus is needed to be updated to reflect the latest decision of not releasing the second batch of shares until a significant milestone is achieved.

It wouldn't hurt to put that last update you made into the "News" section on BTCT.CO. :p

Definitely post an update, think there is still a lot of confusion going around about when these extra shares will be dropped.  Good to know the issuers have the investors interests in mind.
