Scam artists have no place in our community and must be punished immediately! 
The management of these forums feels differently. They are whores for the advertising revenue.
So your saying "Its OK to be a con-man as long as you pay us our cut"? Doesn't that make the management of these forums accomplices to the con? Are you saying these forums are themselves a scam?
