I just read the FAQ of PACcoin but I still don't know if I have to put my coins on the official Wallet or if I can let on the exchange.

If you leave your coins there usually the exchanges will do the swap for you unless the exchanges specifically tell you to withdraw to do the swap yourself.

The investigation/Maintenance could take weeks if not months. If this is 51% attack, the exchanges will have some shortfall and
this is network issue (under unusual loads of transactions.)
Most of the PAC balances will not have the chance to move to a personal wallet to get the 7-9% monthly POS rewards unless withdrawal functionality
resumed before February 1 (due to the requirement of 30 days of coin age to start POS.)
