What coin you deposited there and have you try to contact them through support email? I'm not really often to use this exchange, only use it few times only to sell some coins that I bought from ICO. I had maybe similar issue with you when my deposit is not showing up after the transaction have many confirmations. I need to wait for few days to see my deposit, I think there was an issue with the deposit system.
