They cannot respond quickly and resolve the problem because they cannot understand blockchain technology. If they know, they can answer it quickly and publicly on the forum, which would obviously be useful information for anyone. Regrettably, they cannot. They just ask to send a email, to hide the problem and their poor capability. Its the worst level of user support. Team can make the project successful with the skill?

GIZA TEAM should answer to it on the forum as soon as possible, as honestly as possible.
This is the place for that kind of conversation. Why "send email" and no response?

 

They can and should answer under serious situation even if it' holiday.
They have to understand that success needs their all efforts and conscience.

Token name doesn't show on ethplorer.io
Hello. Why did you write such unpleasant words about our company? We always answer all questions honestly and openly. We solved each serious question individually, that's why we asked you to send your request to our e-mail. For example, specifically for your problem, I can write the following now:
Your question is that token name does not show on ethplorer.io

There are many solutions to this problem:

1. Most likely, you added the name of the token incorrectly. Read the instructions carefully https://medium.com/@GizaDevice/okay-i-sent-eth-to-your-contract-but-where-are-my-giza-d3d5bd9c680b (All our contributors were able to add GIZA tokens correctly:)

2. Sometimes it doesn’t depend only on us, but also on Ethereum Network. This issue will be fized anyway. This is not a big issue at all, the tokens have been verified and recognizable by ethereum network.  Ethereum has so many troubles right now, you might have seen, how slow their sync, transactions etc.  Etherscan is often down. We're working on this issue with token name, however it takes quite a long time with Ethereum and third party wallets.

4. Are they named as N/A?
Your tokens are in your wallet, they will be recognized as GIZA tokens. They're transferable right after the end of pre- TDE. The only matter is that their name is N/A in third-party apps.

YOUR TOKENS ARE VALID AND BELONG TO YOU. DON'T WORRY, IT WILL CHANGE TO GIZA FOR SOME DAYS.
