your batch file seems below. It needs algorithm option.
ccminer64_65.exe -o stratum+tcp://us.cryptopool.xyz:10000 -u [wallet address] -p c=VIVO
This may work.
ccminer64_65.exe -a neoscrypt -o stratum+tcp://us.cryptopool.xyz:10000 -u [wallet address] -p c=VIVO
